You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or return. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In the original packaging
Please include your order number
Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to return

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team with your order number
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship the item to the address provided by our team
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund

Return shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
