We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase! Please keep in mind that we can only accept returns for defective items. To avoid any issues, please double-check your order to make sure you have selected the correct item and size. As a new company, we don't have the same level of return options as bigger brands, but we're working hard to improve our deals and hope to offer more flexibility in the future. Return Postage.
We understand that returning an item can be a hassle, which is why we kindly request that our customers cover the cost of return postage. This is to prevent any fraudulent claims of faulty items being returned. However, if the item is genuinely faulty, we will take responsibility and cover the cost of return postage.
Damaged in transit.
Please note in the unlikely event that the courier damages your item during transit, we will take care of everything and initiate a claim against the courier. We want to ensure you have a smooth, stress-free shopping experience with us.
Oh no! My order hasn’t arrived!
In the rare instance that you can't find your order, we suggest trying the following steps:
First, check the tracking number provided to see any updates on the delivery.
Ask around your household to see if anyone received the package without letting you know.
Look around the delivery area to see if the courier left it in a safe spot.
You can also politely ask your neighbours if they've seen your package.
And, of course, if you need help with these steps, please reach out to us through our contact form, and we'll do our best to assist you.
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 to ship our T-shirts. However, if your package goes missing, we need to wait 10 working days before we can submit a lost claim (that's just Royal Mail's standard procedure; sorry about that!). But don't worry, if we still can't locate your item(s) after that period, we'll refund you in full. Thanks for your understanding!
